On May 10, 2020, at the initiative of the Bau International University, Batumi, an online panel discussion was held on the topic: "Methods and assessment tools of Distance learning ".
Meeting lasted for 3 hours via Facebook Live on the official website of the University (https://www.facebook.com/BAUintbatumi).
Ms. Leila Akhvlediani, the Dean of Medical Faculty at BAU International University, Batumi, moderated the discussion.
The discussion was attended by the representatives from the following universities:

- Petre Shotadze Tbilisi Medical Academy,

- Tbilisi State Medical University

The aim of the discussion was to correctly represent the place of distance learning in educational system, to display the difficulties of distance learning and the need of remote evaluation system. Each representative of teaching university shared their experience about the ways and tools of overcoming the weaknesses of distance learning.
Due to the importance of the topic, regular meetings with this platform have been planned.
