On August 10-17, 2020 within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation between Bahcesehir University and BAU International University of Batumi, BAU Batumi will host a manual therapy internship program which will cover the historical development, physiological bases, different concepts, theory and techniques of manual therapeutics as applied to the upper and lower extremities.
BAU International University, Batumi announces a grant competition for entrants for 2020-2021 academic year. Applications can be submitted until May 15, 2020. The submitted documents will be reviewed by May 31, 2020. Selected applicants will be interviewed online in June, 2020.

This year, for the first time, the students of the medical faculty at BAU International University, Batumi has taken the part of the final exam in good medical practice, pediatrics and gynecology in the format of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination.
Please be informed that BAU International University Batumi is preparing for distance learning. In this regard, today the members of Academic Council held a meeting at BAU Batumi. The meeting attendees discussed the online platforms such as Zoom and Meet for the distance learning which is currently under testing.
On March 6-8, 2020 Selçuk University hosted a conference about "Forensic Medicine" in Konya Turkey. Newsha Tajelipirbazari, our fifth year student, participated in the conference and presented an oral presentation on the topic: "Forensic Toxicology". At the end of the conference she was awarded a certificate.
On February 28-29, 2020 a convention center "Expo Georgia" hosted the 10th international Education Fair. Visitors had an opportunity to learn about bachelor, master, doctoral programs, as well as about stipends, scholarship and financing available in Georgia as well as abroad.
On February 22-23, 2020 Begin Group hosted International Education Fair in two cities in the Republic of Kazakhstan: Astana and Almaty.

On February 27, 2020 BAU International University Batumi organized a Symposium “Be aware and Stop sexually transmitted diseases" at Biltmore Hotel, Tbilisi. The Symposium was attended by hundreds of high school and university students from Tbilisi.

The aim of the event is to raise the awareness among students and adults about sexually transmitted diseases and prevent infectious diseases from spreading.
On February 14, 2020 the elections of the students’ union were conducted at BAU International University Batumi. As a result, the delegates have been chosen and a new composition of the students’ union has been formed with 10 members. On February 15, the elections of the president of the students’ union were conducted.

BAU International University Batumi operates in a brand new building with well-equipped auditoriums and computer classes, teaching laboratories and the library. Lectures and group works in basic disciplines will be held at properly-equipped classrooms, laboratories.
