We are pleased to announce that our university has been granted by the European Commission, in the field of Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) project - LEADHEGA, dedicated to strengthening leadership and strategic management in higher education institutions across Georgia and partner countries.

Within the international initiative, a diverse consortium of universities aims to establish sustainable leadership networks and communities of practice, strengthening strategic governance frameworks within participating institutions, and collaborating on enhancing leadership competencies at both academic and administrative levels, which finally supports institutions in becoming more sustainable for modern challenges in higher education.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the coordinator institution, Batumi State Maritime Academy, and other partner universities for their collaboration throughout the project. Joint initiatives have always had a significant impact on both institutional development as well as national and international progress.
