Authorization is obligatory for all Universities in order to be allowed to carry out educational activities and issue a diploma that is recognized by the state.
National Authorization of Higher Educational Institutions is an external mechanism of higher education quality assurance, which is carried out by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement - NCEQE. Authorization is an institutional evaluation, which determines the compliance of an institution with the authorization standards. authorization process determines the compatibility of an institution with the following standards:
a) Mission and Strategic Development of the HEI;
b) Organizational Structure and Management of the HEI;
c) Educational Programmes;
d) Staff of the HEI;
e) Students and their Support Services;
f) Research, Development or/and Other Creative Activities;
g) Material, Information and Financial Resources;
Authorization was granted for 6 Years until the 2028 year.
Accreditation is a type of external quality assurance mechanism under which operations of educational programs are evaluated by an external body in order to determine educational programs’ compliance with Higher Education Accreditation standards. During the process of accreditation expert panel determines the educational programme’s compliance with the following standards:
1. Educational Programme objectives, learning outcomes, and their compliance with the program
2. Teaching methodology and organization, adequate evaluation of Programme mastering
3. Students' achievements and individual work with them
4. Providing Teaching resources
5. Teaching quality Enhancement Opportunity
All educational programs at the university are accredited for 7 years.
Our Medicine program has International accreditation by WFME – World Federation for Medical Education. This is a Global mark of recognition of our medicine program in Europe and the USA.
International accreditation by WFME gives us ECFMG eligibility, which means that our graduates will be eligible for USMLE and employment as a doctor in the United States.
Our university is certified by The International Certification Network – IQNET for fulfilling the requirements of standard ISO 9001:2015 in Quality Management Systems for the scope – of Medical Educational Service. Monitoring for fulfilling the requirements of the standard is provided every year.

By sponsors note Medical degrees obtained from this medical school are acceptable to the provincial/territorial medical regulatory authorities in Canada, and therefore acceptable to all medical organizations in Canada.
The Association for Medical Education in Europe (AMEE) is a worldwide organization with members in 90 countries on five continents. AMEE promotes international excellence in education in the health professions across the continuum of undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing education.
AMSE creates a forum for European Faculties of Medicine to share experiences in the fields of education, research, and management. AMSE seeks to stimulate cooperation between Medical Schools in Europe and to initiate and sustain relations with other professional, governmental and non-governmental organisations in education, research and health care.
