Assistant Professor Tamuna Dilaverova of BAU International University Batumi, in collaboration with Qi Consulting, delivered a public lecture for education sector representatives titled “Meet and Motivate a Teacher.”

The lecture focused on modern approaches to teachers’ professional motivation, the evolving role of educators in the learning process, and practical strategies that support effective communication, activation of professional resources, and the implementation of positive changes in the workplace. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of teachers’ professional development and strengthening internal motivation.

The session was held in an interactive format, allowing participants to actively engage in discussions, share professional experiences, and explore current challenges and development perspectives within the education sector.
