On December 24, the Rector of BAU International University Batumi, Ms. Irene Imerlishvili, attended the presentation of the book “Polypragmasia, Rational Pharmacotherapy, and Patients 65+; Human, Medicine, and Environment,” which was held at the Tbilisi City Council. The authors of the publication are professors Luiza Gabunia and Nana Gorgaslidze of Tbilisi State Medical University.

The presentation addressed timely and practical issues related to polypharmacy in elderly patients, rational pharmacotherapy, and modern approaches to medication treatment. The publication represents an important scientific resource and will make a meaningful contribution to both academic discourse and clinical practice, particularly in improving the quality of care for elderly patients.
