From March 8 to 15, 2026, Assistant Professors of BAU International University Batumi – Darina Mskhaladze, Teona Tsintsadze, and Tamila Dilaverova – visited England as part of an international mobility program. The visit was co-funded by the university and aimed at strengthening the professional competencies of the academic staff, as well as introducing modern pedagogical approaches and innovative teaching practices.
During the visit, the participants took part in a professional development training held at Buxwood School. The program covered contemporary methods of teaching English as a foreign language, the use of innovative technologies in education, insights into the UK education system, and modern classroom management strategies. Such internationally driven activities significantly contribute to the professional growth of academic staff, broaden their global perspective, and support the continuous improvement of teaching quality.
