Participation Info

• Each graduate may bring up to 5 guests.
• All participants must arrive at the venue by 16:00. Late arrivals may not be allowed to enter the ceremony hall. Each graduate will be called on stage by name during the diploma awarding. If you arrive late, you will miss your turn and will not have the opportunity to go on stage. Graduates will gather on one side of the venue entrance, where an assigned staff member will escort them to their seats. Detailed seating information and layout will be shared a few days prior to the ceremony.
• Food and beverages (including snacks, juice, pastries, etc.) are strictly prohibited inside the theatre. Only water is permitted. The event will be held in a theatre, and we kindly ask all attendees to respect the rules of the venue.
• After the ceremony, graduates and guests will have 40 minutes to remain in the stage area and exterior perimeter of the theatre, after which all attendees must leave the premises.

Transportation Info

• Public Transportation:
  The following city buses stop near the venue: #3, #6, #10, and #10A.
  Minibuses (marshrutkas) such as #31 also stop at “Odisei Dimitriadis” bus stop, located close to the entrance.
• Taxi Services:
  Standard taxi fare from central Batumi locations (e.g., Railway Station, Chavchavadze Street) to the venue is approximately 10–15 GEL.

Due to frequent traffic congestion in this area, early arrival is strongly recommended.

Photo Area

• A photo zone will be available outside the venue starting 1 hour before the ceremony.
• The exterior and interior of the theatre will be decorated with BAU flags and branding, 360 cameras, and guests are welcome to take photos in this area.
• Each graduate will have an official photo taken on stage during the diploma awarding.

Cap and Gown Info

• Graduates are required to attend the ceremony wearing a cap and gown.
• Gowns can be collected from Room 1, First Campus, between July 16 and 24, 2025, during the hours of 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
• All items must be returned between July 28 and August 1, 2025.
• Failure to return the gown and cap within the specified period will result in a 250 GEL penalty.

Graduates must complete the registration form at the following link in order to attend the ceremony. Deadline: July 23, 2025 – 5:00 PM

Diploma award will be conducted according to registration list, make sure you will fill out form before deadline
