Funding for Georgian Citizens
BAU International University Batumi supports motivated young people by offering various grant and scholarship programs alongside top-tier educational conditions.Internal Grant
At the initial stage of university life, applicants have the opportunity to receive an internal grant, which is automatically maintained during the first 3 semesters.- 50% Grant - Awarded to applicants participating in the grant competition.
- +10% for Medalists - Gold and silver medalists receive an additional 10% funding on top of the awarded grant.
Retaining Funding
Starting from the 4th semester, your grant amount becomes fully dependent on your academic performance.At the end of each semester, based on your weighted average score, you can obtain:
- 40% funding- in case your weighted average is between 81% and 90%;
- 50% funding- in case your weighted average is 91% and above.
Discount
If siblings (brother-sister) study at the university simultaneously, a 15% discount applies to the tuition fee for each of them.Scholarships and Financial Support for Foreign Citizens

Based on the university's Student Support Regulation, international students have the opportunity to receive various forms of financial incentives.Student Scholarship for High Academic Performance
Focused on encouraging successful students who achieve the highest academic results during the academic year.- Funding Amount: The scholarship covers a 10% to 100% tuition discount (according to academic ranking).
- Frequency: Financial incentives are granted per semester. Students can benefit from this discount from the second semester until completion of the program.
- Who Receives the Scholarship? The top 5 students with the highest Grade Point Average (GPA) in each cohort/year.
Funding for International Events and Seminars
BAU International University Batumi actively promotes student involvement in the global scientific and educational space. Within the framework of the university's Student Support Regulation, students have the opportunity to receive financial support to participate in various professional or academic events.This is your chance to present your work internationally, establish connections with leading global experts, share modern experience, and enrich your professional portfolio.
