Ombudsman

Student Ombudsman

The President of the Student Self-Government also acts as the Student Ombudsman.

Based on the mandate of the Student Ombudsman, the President of the Student Self-Government has the following rights and duties:

  • Development of mechanisms for the protection of the legal rights and interests of students and their implementation;
  • Regular study and monitoring of the rights of students and taking appropriate immediate measures in case of violation;
  • Establishing relations with local and international organizations for the protection of student rights and ensuring the involvement of students in the activities of such organizations;
  • Preparation of reports on the rights of students at the educational university (annually/annually), which should reflect the identified violations, problematic issues and recommendations;
  • Implementation of other actions that ensure monitoring, protection and improvement of the rights of students.
