The Erasmus+ Capacity Building Project – LEADHEGA (Leadership in Higher Education Development in Georgia and Azerbaijan) is focused on strengthening leadership, strategic planning and governance capacities in higher education institutions in Georgia and Azerbaijan.

The international consortium aims to create a leadership network, develop a governance culture in higher education and strengthen strategic governance frameworks at both academic and administrative levels.

The project envisages the creation of learning resources and development centers, as well as networking meetings, lectures by international experts and practice-based learning components. All this ensures the wide dissemination of the acquired experience and best practices, which will have a positive impact on the direction of institutional management, strategic development and effective implementation of changes.
