The ERASMUS+ SPRING Project was implemented under the coordination of BAU International University (Batumi), with the aim of strengthening the capacities of academic and administrative units of medical schools, introducing quality development mechanisms and supporting internationalization processes both in the target partner countries and beyond.

Within the framework of the project, an international review board (MPRB) was established, which represents a sustainable and effective mechanism for continuous improvement of academic programs and institutional processes. A model for systematic evaluation and review of academic programs, administrative policies, procedures and activities was also developed and implemented in partner institutions.

The project made a significant contribution to the professional development of academic staff, strengthening the culture of self-evaluation and external evaluation, as well as to deepening international cooperation, introducing modern approaches to quality assurance and strengthening institutional capacities in the field of medical education.
