The Education for Better Jobs: Partnerships in Innovative Health Care (E4E) project is a project implemented with the support of the World Bank's Competitive Innovation Fund (CIF), which aims to promote labor-market-integrated higher education in the health sector by developing modern, innovative educational programs and sustainable intersectoral partnerships.

The project focuses on the development and modernization of academic programs tailored to labor market needs in public health, health policy, and health management. Its main goal is to strengthen effective cooperation between educational institutions, employers and students, which will contribute to the training of qualified personnel and the increase of employment opportunities.

The project included a study of the needs of the healthcare market, rapid modernization of educational programs, implementation of continuous improvement mechanisms and the creation of a strategic forum that ensures open dialogue and the formation of strong partnerships between interested parties. In addition, the project significantly contributes to the strengthening of student services and career development services at partner universities.
