Jemal Gogitidze, a member of the academic staff at BAU International University Batumi, visited the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences as part of the Erasmus+ academic staff mobility programme.

During his visit, Jemal Gogitidze shared his knowledge of modern approaches to obstetrics, gynaecology and reproductive medicine with students, focusing on the management of pregnancy and childbirth complications, women’s reproductive health and clinical case discussions.

The visit aimed to facilitate the exchange of clinical and academic expertise in medical education, promote evidence-based teaching and deepen international academic cooperation. Participation in the Erasmus+ programme supports the professional development of academic staff, the exchange of modern teaching methods and the strengthening of international partnerships.
